We know how important it is for you and your family to find the right person to work with your children. Kiwi nannies have a great reputation for their 'can do' positive attitude to their jobs.

We personally check the references of all our candidates and do our own New Zealand Police Check. We will help you through the process of drafting Contracts with your nanny to ensure the smoothest possible start.

Nannies who have a recognised qualification are expected to take full charge of the children in their care. This may include their food preparation, washing and ironing their clothes and clearing up after them.

Parent helpers are not qualified as a nanny and their duties may include more general housework in addition to working with the children. Individual job descriptions vary and writing Contracts helps clarify expectations on both sides.

Think carefully about the sort of person you are looking for and give us as much information as possible about you and your children.

Some of our nannies are already in London and available for interview in person. Some are getting ready to come over and we would encourage you to chat on the telephone. We may be able to set up a video link so that you can talk and see them on line.

Terms and Conditions for One World Nannies

Families - We have a one off fee to families payable when you have selected your nanny/parent help:

1200 pounds UK

We guarantee to find a replacement if either party is not satisfied within the first 30 days, or fee refunded.

If a nanny is shared between two families or takes a temporary post of 3 months or less then the fee is 700 pounds UK per family.
